Sued In Bankruptcy

Sued In Bankruptcy

I Have Been Sued In Minnesota Bankruptcy Court what do I do now.  If you have been sued by a creditor after filing for bankruptcy protection, you need to work with that creditor to resolve the lawsuit.  If you do not work to settle the debt the creditor will take a judgement against you, and then you will owe that money, regardless of the fact that you filed for bankruptcy to resolve the debt.  In most cases creditors will settle their adversary proceedings, but it often takes a fair amount of time to negotiate the best settlement.  Our office helps people in adversary proceedings to get the best result possible.  If you have been sued in bankruptcy, give our office a call at 952-294-0144.
