When To File Bankruptcy

When To File Bankruptcy

Most of our clients have made a mistake in putting off filing for bankruptcy until after they have exhausted their retirement and other savings accounts. In most cases our clients would have been in much better shape financially if they would have consulted with us before using up all their financial resources to pay off old credit card debt, or save a home that is underwater. We help guide clients on the path that works best for them given their circumstances. I do not talk to many clients who want to file for bankruptcy, but in most cases they feel better after getting the financial pressure off their chest.
